Foreword
Chapter 5 of this standard is mandatory; the rest are recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 22030-2015 “Blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for
motor vehicles”.
Compared with GB/T 22030-2015, the main technical changes of this standard
are as follows.
- In the second paragraph of Chapter 1 Scope, MODIFY that “This standard
applies to the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline (E10) for motor vehicles
complying with GB 18351 which are composed of liquid hydrocarbons or
liquid hydrocarbons and additives that improve the performance of use” into
that “This standard applies to the blendstocks of ethanol gasoline (E10) for
motor vehicles complying with GB 18351 which are composed of liquid
hydrocarbons derived from petroleum or liquid hydrocarbons and additives
derived from petroleum that improve the performance of use” (SEE Chapter
1; Chapter 1 of 2015 version);
- DELETE the technical requirements and test methods for blendstocks of
ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles (IV) (Table 1 in 2015 version), ADD the
technical requirements for blendstocks of ethanol gasoline for motor
vehicles (IV) at phase VI vehicle, it is divided into phase VI A and phase VI
B based on the difference in olefin content (SEE Table 2, Table 3);
- DELETE the technical requirements for quantitative determination of
mercaptan sulfur (SEE Table 2 and Table A.1 of the 2015 version);
- MODIFY the technical requirements for density (SEE Table 1 and Table A.1;
Table 2 and Table A.1 of 2015 version);
- MODIFY Chapter 9 “Implementation of standards” (SEE Chapter 9; Chapter
9 of the 2015 version);
- ADD Table A.2 in Appendix A (SEE Table A.2 in Appendix A).
This standard was proposed by the National Energy Administration.
This standard shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization
Technical Committee for Petroleum Products and Lubricants (SAC/TC 280).
