This Standard specifies the evaluation methods and indicators of fuel consumption of vehicle type of passenger cars and corporate average fuel consumption as well as production consistency and implementation date. This Standard is applicable to all M1 class vehicles of which the maximum design total weight does not exceed 3500kg, including vehicles capable of burning gasoline or diesel fuel, pure electric vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and vehicles using gaseous fuels and alcohol-ether fuels.
