Ambient air quality standards
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification of ambient air functional zones,
standard grading, pollutant items, average time and concentration limits,
monitoring methods, validity of data statistics, implementation and supervision.
This standard applies to the assessment and management of ambient air quality.
2 Normative references
This standard refers to the following documents or their terms. For the undated

less than or equal to 10 μm).

Refers to inorganic fluorides as presented in the form of gaseous particulate
forms.

1-hour average
Refers to the arithmetic mean of pollutant concentration per any 1-hour.
3.9
8-hour average
Refers to the arithmetic mean of the average concentration for 8 consecutive
hours, also known as the 8-hour moving average.
3.10
24-hour average
Refers to the arithmetic mean of the average concentration for 24-hour of a
natural day, also known as the daily average.

6 Validity of data statistics
6.1 It shall take measures to ensure the accuracy, continuity and completeness
of the monitoring data, to ensure a comprehensive and objective reflection of
the monitoring results. All valid data shall be subjected to statistics and
evaluations. It shall neither selectively discard the adverse data nor artificially
intervene the monitoring and evaluation results.
6.2 When using the automatic monitoring equipment for monitoring, the
monitoring equipment shall be operated continuously for 365 days (366 days in
leap-year). When the continuous monitoring data cannot be obtained due to
calibration of monitoring instrument, power outages, equipment failures, or
other irresistible factors, it shall take effective measures to recover the data in
time.
6.3 The determination and processing of abnormal values shall comply with the
provisions of HJ 630. For the missing and deleted data during the monitoring
