3 Technical requirements
Vertical burning rate should be less than 100mm/min.
Test Method 4
4.1 Principle
The sample is fixed to the vertical rectangular frame, the combustion chamber with a predetermined flame ignited sample measurement sample combustion distance and elapsed time.

The sample holder should be placed in a fume hood, fume hood interior volume is 20 times the volume of the sample holder to 110 times, and a long hood,
Width and height must not exceed the size of any size in any one of the other two dimensions twice.
Before the test, the sample holder from the front position to finalize all measured at 100mm vertical velocity of air flow through the fume hood, the speed
Degree should be between 0.10m/s ~ 0.30m/s. You can use natural ventilation hood or adequate ventilation wind speed.
4.3 Sample
4.3.1 Size
Sample size is a long 560mm ± 2mm, width of 170mm ± 2mm, the thickness of the part thickness.
4.3.2 Sampling
And cut 3, respectively, in the warp and weft (or more) specimens combustion test. Sampling methods are as follows.
a) If the shape and dimensions of the parts meet the sampling requirements, should be part and cut the specimen.
b) If the shape and dimensions of the parts does not meet the sampling requirements can be made of the same material with the technology, structure and consistent standard sample parts
experimenting.
c) when the material supplied by the entire width required when the material is 100mm from the edge of the cut, and then the rest of equidistant, uniform sampling.
4.3.3 Pretreatment
Sample at a temperature of 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃, relative humidity of 50% ± 5% of the standard state for at least 24h, until the start of the test.
4.4 Test procedure
4.4.1 at a temperature of 10 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, relative humidity of 15% to 80% of the environmental conditions of the test.
4.4.2 within the gas lamp in front of the bottom of the sample, located through the vertical centerline of the specimen surface of the specimen was vertical plane, gas lamps
Spindle tilt up, and the plane of the sample into a 30 ° angle from the top and lower edge of the sample gas lamp is 20mm, diagram shown in Figure 2
Shown. Gas lamps lit the gas lamp when placed vertically, adjust the flame height to 40mm ± 2mm, the distance is a gas lamp flame nozzle opening top
End distance. Before starting the first test, the flame should be stable combustion in this state at least 2min, then turn off.

To meet the requirements of burning rate, both expressed as 0mm/min.
4.6.2 If the sample can burn, and the flame over the first marker, pressing 4.5 requires combustion rate, the combustion speed results are shown
A vi- Found mm/min, e.g. v1-50mm/min.
4.7 Test Report
The test report shall include the following.
a) part name, model specifications, materials, production units, unit test, test date and test people;
b) the number of samples, sample thickness;
c) Test Results. time to ignition, the combustion time, the combustion from the combustion speed, the combustion process and phenomenon.
