This document specifies the test equipment, test methods, requirements for electrical transient conducted emission and immunity tests of automotive electrical/electronic components, along power lines. This document applies to electrical/electronic components, which have a nominal voltage of 12 V or 24 V, for vehicles of categories M, N, O, L (vehicle power systems are not limited, such as spark ignition engines, diesel engines, electric motors).
