1 Scope
This Standard specifies the basic rules, management requirements and technical
requirements for the integrated vector management on construction site.
This Standard is applicable to the integrated vector management on construction site.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1 Construction site
The construction sites for the newly-established, reconstructed, or expanded civil
engineering, construction engineering, line pipeline engineering, equipment
installation engineering, decoration engineering, and demolition engineering, etc.
5.4.1 Train relevant personnel as planned, including vector monitoring and
assessment, environmental governance, technology and safety of medical device use.
5.4.2 The plan progress schedule, existing problems shall be communicated, and the
solution shall be discussed Between supervising leaders, health and quality
management personnel, employees, And professional vector control organizations.
5.4.3 The manager shall inspect and supervise the progress and quality of vector
control according to the work plan, and take effective control measures in case of
problems.
5.4.4 Record the implementation of the plan, and supervise the inspection results,
existing problems, solution and implementation effects in a timely manner.
5.4.5 Evaluate the effects of the vector control and adjust the control and prevention
plan properly.
6 Technical Requirements
6.1 Intrusion prevention
6.1.1 The office, dormitories, canteens and toilets shall be established on a high-level
and flat area; there shall be no weds, no potholes, no debris within no less than 1m
away from the external walls. The environmental sanitation shall meet the relevant
requirements of JGJ 146.
6.1.2 The indoor floor shall be paved with cement or tiles with thickness no less than
100mm; form a hard and seamless floor.
6.1.3 The bottom of the external wall shall be 600mm high; 10mm thick cement wall
(excluding the metal walls such as steel plates); a hard cement ground with width no
less than 1m shall be paved along the external wall base.
6.1.4 Block the holes around the pipelines such as for water supply and drainage,
cables, gas and air conditioners that are connected to the room.
6.1.5 The door shall be intact; the gap between door and door frame, as well as
between door and ground shall be no more than 6mm; The door frame of wooden door
and the lower edge of the door shall be set with 300mm-above-high iron sheet.
6.1.6 The doors for canteen and food storeroom shall be provided with a metal rat
retaining plate with a height greater than 600mm.
6.1.7 All kinds of sewer pipes such as from the canteens, washing and showering
facilities shall be connected with the sewage pipelines to ensure the smooth drainage;
