1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, content requirements, and compilation and printing requirements of the user manual for motor vehicle products.
This document is applicable to automobiles, motorcycles (including mopeds), trailers, trolleybuses, and tractors that form a tractor transport unit, and wheeled vehicles.
Special machinery vehicles, special motor vehicles and other vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 3730.1, GB/T 5359.1, GB 7258, and GB/T 19678.1 apply to this document.
3.1
Instruction for the use of power-driven vehicles
Distributed by the vehicle manufacturer to convey to users how to use motor vehicle products correctly, safely and effectively, and avoid reasonably foreseeable misuse,
And technical data related to functions, performance, and characteristics of motor vehicle products.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 The vehicle manufacturer shall issue a motor vehicle product instruction manual (hereinafter referred to as. description

5 Requirements for the content of the printed manual
5.1 The printed instructions should at least include the following.

5.3 For vehicles with driving automation (including driving assistance and automatic driving) functions, the printed manual should also include at least the following
