This Document was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives for
Standardization – Part 1: Rules for the Structure and Drafting of Standardizing
Documents.
This Document was formulated by reference to EN 10268:2006+A1:2013, VDA 239-
100:2016.
This Document replaced Q/BQB 419-2019 Cold-Rolled Conventional High Strength
Steel Sheet and Strip.
Compared with Q/BQB 419-2019, the major technical changes of this Document are
as follows:
--- Revise the performance indicators of some high-strength IF steel designations;
--- Modify the upper limit of C component of B170P1, B210P1, B250P1 designations;
--- Modify the upper limit of Mn component of B250P1 designation;
--- Add HC600LA, HC700LA and HC800LA designations and corresponding
technical index requirements;
--- Adjust the sampling provisions for r-value inspection;
--- Revise Appendix A Comparison List of Approximate Designations of Related
Standards at Home and Abroad;
--- Make editorial modification.
