General technical specifications
for HDPE frame copper alloy net cage
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definition, identification, technical
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, labeling, packaging,
transportation and storage of HDPE frame copper alloy net cage.
This standard applies to the HDPE frame copper alloy net cage for which the
framework is made of high-density polyethylene tube AND all or part of the
cage is made of copper alloy chain link mesh material.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For
the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable
to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including
all the amendments) are applicable to this Standard.

5.6.2 Cage body assembly requirements
5.6.2.1 Edging treatment of copper alloy chain link mesh in net cage
CUT the copper alloy chain link mesh, PERFORM edging treatment for its
edge.
5.6.2.2 Inter-netting assembly requirements in net cage box
The connection between the copper alloy chain link mesh and the copper alloy
chain link mesh of the same specifications in the bottom net or side net of the
net cage body is through copper alloy wire connection method, that is, making
the two copper alloy chain link meshes to be connected close to each other,
AND manually rotating the copper alloy wires of the same inclination whilst
inserting it, to realize the connection between the copper alloy chain link mesh
and the copper alloy chain link mesh; the connection between the copper alloy
chain link mesh and the synthetic fiber nettings of the same mesh size in the
bottom net or side net in the cage body is through equivalent mesh joining or
seaming, which shall comply with the requirements of SC/T 4005.
5.6.2.3 Assembly requirements for net cage steel rope onto cage body
It shall comply with the provisions of SC/T 4024.
5.6.3 Connection requirements between net cage frame and cage body
USE rope to fix the upper end of the cage body to the net cage frame uniformly
based on the equivalent spacing of 200 mm ~ 300 mm.
6 Test method
6.1 Net cage specifications
USE the tape measure to measure the net cage HDPE frame circumference,
handrail height and cage body height; MAKE 5 measurements for each sample;
TAKE the arithmetic mean, wherein the HDPE frame circumference is taken as
integer, AND the handrail height and cage body height is taken as two
significant digits.
6.2 Physical performance of HDPE tube
It shall comply with the provisions of SC/T 4025.
6.3 Physical performance of copper alloy chain link mesh
6.3.1 Mesh side length
It shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 6964.
6.3.2 Mesh breaking strength
N - The number of net cages that make up a batch.
The calculation result of S shall be rounded off to an integer which is not less
than 1 in accordance with the numerical rounding off rules.
7.3.2 If any item in the HDPE tube, copper alloy chain link mesh, net cage steel
rope, net cage assembly suture, and net cage assembly requirement fails to
comply with the technical requirements, this batch of net cage products are
judged as disqualified.
8 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and
storage
8.1 Marking and labeling
Each net cage product shall be labeled, indicating the following information.
a) Product name;
b) Product specifications;
c) Name and address of the manufacturer;
d) Inspection certificate;
e) Production lot number or production date;
f) Implemented standard number.
8.2 Packaging
HDPE frame materials shall be packaged by such appropriate materials as
canvas, AND the external packaging shall be clearly indicated of the HDPE
frame material name, specification, and quantity.
Copper alloy chain link mesh, steel rope, suture and other net cage body
production material shall be packaged by appropriate materials such as
wooden box, AND the external packaging shall be indicated of the net cage
material name, specification, and quantity.
8.3 Transportation
HDPE frame material and net cage body material shall, in the transport
process, be avoided from throwing, dragging or friction, or being hooked by
such tools as knife.
8.4 Storage
HDPE frame material and packaging box material shall be stored in a clean
and dry warehouse away from the heat source more than 3 m; as for outdoor
