Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 54024-2009 "Nylon 6 Pre-Oriented Wire", and the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 54024-2009 are as follows.
--- Monofilament linear density range from 1.0dtex to 5.5dtex to 0.5dtex~7.0dtex (see Chapter 1,.2009 edition 1st)

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification of nylon 6 pre-oriented yarn, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs,

This standard applies to pre-oriented yarns processed from polycaprolactam (mainly used for processing elastic yarns), nominal linear density range

3 Terms and definitions

4 Classification and identification
4.1 According to the different amount of titanium dioxide added during production, the product can be divided into light, semi-dull and full extinction wire.
4.2 Product specifications are identified by linear density (dtex) and number of filaments (f), such as. linear density of 93dtex, number of filaments of 68, its products
The specification is expressed as. 93dtex/68f.
4.3 The product identification shall include. product specifications, color, product name or batch number, etc., which can be effectively distinguished.
