1 Scope
This Standard specifies the general requirements and the content of making
and posting of logistic mark of export finished vehicle.
This Standard is applicable to the logistic mark of export finished vehicle.

3 Terms and definitions
What defined in GB/T 18354-2006, and the following terms and definitions are
applicable to this document. For ease of use, the following repeatedly lists some
terms and definitions in GB/T 18354-2006.

4.5 The name of consigner, carrier, and consignee shall be filled in with their
abbreviations and contact information.
4.6 The reference number shall adopt the unique document number in the main
export logistics process.
4.7 For requirements for the development of vehicle identification number, SEE
GB 16735.
4.8 The serial number shall indicate the total number of vehicles at the same
waybill and the serial number of the vehicle in the whole lot.
Example. “1/23”, “2/23”, “3/23”
Note. It indicates that there is a total of 23 commercial vehicles at the same
waybill; the serial numbers of the commercial vehicles posted with the above
marks are “1”, “2”, “3”, respectively.
4.9 It shall use the connection symbol (-) between the name of country and
region of departure and destination. The English name of country and region
shall use an abbreviation of three English letters. SEE ISO 3166-1 for the
abbreviation of English names of countries. SEE ISO 3166-2 for the
abbreviation of English names of regions.
Example. CHN-SHA
4.10 When a vehicle needs to be transshipped, after the name of “destination”,
it shall use “VIA” abbreviation mark to indicate the name of the port and station
at which the goods are transshipped.
4.11 The dimensions information shall be filled in the format of “vehicle length
× vehicle width × vehicle height”. The metering and measuring method for the
length, width, and height of a vehicle are given in GB/T 3730.3. The unit is
millimeter (mm), accurate to the unit’s digit.
4.12 The weight information shall adopt the vehicle curb weight, in kilograms
(kg), accurate to the unit’s digit.
4.13 The bar code shall be printed in accordance with GB/T 14258.
