1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters,
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of
steam and hot water type lithium bromide absorption water chiller (hereinafter referred
to as "unit").
This Standard is applicable to steam and hot water single-effect and double-effect
units for central air conditioning and technology.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions established in JB/T 7249
and the following ones apply.

5.2.2 Hydraulic pressure test
All parts at the cold water side, cooling water side and heat source side of the unit
shall be free from abnormal deformation and leakage.
5.3 Nominal condition performance
5.3.1 Refrigerating capacity
The refrigerating capacity of the unit shall not be less than 95% of the nominal
refrigerating capacity.
5.3.2 Consumption of heat source
The consumption of heat source in specific refrigerating effect of the unit shall be in
accordance with those specified in Table 1, and shall not be greater than 105% of the
indicated value (when 95% of the indicated value of the unit is less than the value
specified in Table 1).
5.3.3 Consumed electric power
The consumed electric power of the unit shall not be greater than 105% of the
indicated value.
5.3.4 Coefficient of performance (COP)
The coefficient of performance of the unit shall not be greater than 95% of the
indicated value.
5.3.5 Water-side pressure loss
The pressure loss of cold water and cooling water of the unit shall not be greater than
110% of the indicated value.
5.4 Variable working condition performance
The unit shall be able to work normally within the range specified in Table 2, and shall
be subjected to variable working condition performance test according to interval
value.

6.2.1.2.2 When the heat source side is designed and manufactured according to GB
151, hydraulic pressure test shall be carried out according to the requirements of GB
151.
6.2.2 Performance test under nominal condition
6.2.2.1 Refrigerating capacity
Test shall be carried out according to Appendix A under the nominal condition
specified in 4.3.
6.2.2.2 Consumption of heat source
In the refrigerating capacity test, consumption of heat source is determined. If
insulation construction is not performed for unit during the test, the unit heat loss shall
be obtained according to Appendix B; the consumption of heat source shall be
corrected according to Appendix A.
6.2.2.3 Consumed electric power
When refrigerating capacity test is carried out, the input electric power of the unit shall
be determined.
6.2.2.4 Water-side pressure loss
The unit operates under nominal condition; after the determination of refrigerating
capacity becomes stable, the pressure loss of unit at cold water side and cooling
water side shall be determined according to Appendix C.
6.2.3 Test under variable working conditions
The unit is subjected to test under variable working conditions by changing certain
parameter separately according to the application scope and interval value specified
in Table 2 with other conditions kept as those under the nominal condition; the test
results shall be plotted into curve or compiled into table.
6.2.4 Partial load test
Under the partial load condition specified in 5.5, refrigerating capacity and
corresponding consumption of heat source shall be determined according to
Appendix A.
6.2.5 Noise test
The unit operates under nominal condition and is subjected to noise measurement

8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Permanent nameplate shall be set at the obvious position of each unit; the
nameplate shall meet the requirements of GB/T 13306 and its contents shall include:
a) Name and trademark of manufacturer;
b) Product model and name;
c) Main parameters (refrigerating capacity, outlet temperature of cold water, cold
water flow capacity, inlet temperature of cooling water, cooling water flow, heat
source parameters and consumption, power supply, etc.);
d) Factory number of product;
e) Manufacture date.
8.1.2 Delivery document
Each unit shall be accompanied with the following documents:
a) Quality certificate, which shall include:
1) Product model and name;
2) Factory number of product;
3) Inspection conclusion;
4) Inspector's signature or seal;
5) Inspection date.
b) Installation and operation instructions, which includes:
1) Product model and name;
2) Structural diagram, electrical diagram and wiring diagram of product;
3) Installation instructions and requirements;
4) Operating instructions and precautions of repair and maintenance.
c) Packing list.
8.2 Packaging
In Formulae (A.2)~(A.5):
Qi - the heat consumption of heat source, kW;
qms - the steam consumption, kg/h;
hs1 - the specific enthalpy of steam, kJ/kg;
hs2 - the specific enthalpy of condensation water, kJ/kg;

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters,

3 Terms and Definitions

5.3 Nominal condition performance
5.3.1 Refrigerating capacity
The refrigerating capacity of the unit shall not be less than 95% of the nominal

accordance with those specified in Table 1, and shall not be greater than 105% of the

be subjected to variable working condition performance test according to interval

6.2.1.2.2 When the heat source side is designed and manufactured according to GB

6.2.2 Performance test under nominal condition
6.2.2.1 Refrigerating capacity
Test shall be carried out according to Appendix A under the nominal condition
specified in 4.3.
6.2.2.2 Consumption of heat source
In the refrigerating capacity test, consumption of heat source is determined. If
insulation construction is not performed for unit during the test, the unit heat loss shall
be obtained according to Appendix B; the consumption of heat source shall be
