Foreword
Chapter 6 of this section is mandatory and the rest are recommended.
The National Standard for Measuring Methods and Limits of Rotating Motor Noise currently consists of two parts.
--- Part 1. Method for measuring the noise of rotating electrical machines;
--- Part 3. Noise limits.
This part is the third part, this part is equivalent to IEC 60034-9.2007 "Rotating electric machine part 9. noise limit" (4.1 version English
Text version). This part should be in accordance with GB/T 10069.1-2006 "Measurement methods and limits for noise of rotating electrical machines - Part 1
The method is used together.
This part replaces GB 10069.3-2006 "Rotating motor noise measurement method and limit noise limit".
This section is compared with GB 10069.3-2006, the changes are as follows.
--- Increased in the range. Determine the noise of the inverter-driven AC cage induction motor.
--- Added a new Chapter 7. Determining the increase in noise caused by the power supply to the inverter;
--- Added a new Chapter 8. Determination of sound pressure level;
--- The content of Chapter 9 is Chapter 7 of the original standard, but it has also undergone major changes.
--- Single-speed three-phase cage induction motor no-load noise limit Table 2 is expressed by the original power, ranging from 1kW to 400kW, change
In order to use the center height, the range is H90 ~ H560, and the noise limit of the single-speed cage induction motor is reduced.
The load noise increment table 3 is represented by the original motor power and also by the center height.
This part was proposed by China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.

introduction
The amount of acoustics can be expressed in terms of sound pressure or sound power. The sound power level can be used regardless of the measurement surface and environmental conditions.
The unique expression avoids the need to add some factors to the data when the sound pressure level is used to complicate the expression. Sound power level provides an energy radiation
It measures and facilitates acoustic analysis and design.

Part 3. Noise limits
1 range
This part.
--- A test method for determining the sound power level of a rotating electrical machine.
--- For GB 755, according to the cooling method specified in GB/T 1993-1993 and according to GB/T 4942.1-2006
Rotating electric machine with protection classification and the following characteristics, stipulates the A-weighted sound power under the factory acceptance test method when the grid is powered
Level maximum.
● Both AC motors and DC motors are standard designs; they are reduced in terms of electrical, mechanical or acoustical aspects.
Except for designs that are specifically modified for sound power levels;
● Rated output from 1kW (kVA) to 5500kW (kVA);
● The speed does not exceed 3750r/min.
--- Provides noise level determination guidelines for cage induction motors powered by frequency converters.
The purpose of this part is to specify the maximum noise of the motor's emitted air noise, which is characterized by power, speed and load.
Power stage LWA, in dB(A); and specifies the test method and test conditions for determining the sound power level of the motor, providing motor noise
Whether to meet the assessment criteria for the specified maximum sound power level. This section does not provide corrections to the pure tone characteristics.
In some practical situations, such as hearing protection, a sound pressure level at a distance from the motor is required. This data is tested by Article 7 by standard.
The environment is obtained.
Note 1. This section considers that in consideration of economic factors, standard noise-grade motors that require additional measures in non-critical applications or to reduce motor noise can be used.
Note 2. When it is required to meet the sound power level requirements of Tables 1 and 2, the manufacturer and the buyer must agree, due to special electrical, mechanical or acoustic aspects.
The design may include some additional measurements.
