This Standard is used in conjunction with MT 210 “Electrical and electronic products
for coal mine communication, testing and control - Basic test method” and MT 211
“Electrical and electronic products for coal mine communication, testing and control -
Quality inspection rules”.
1 Subject content and scope of application
1.1 This Standard specifies the basic technical requirements for electrical and
electronic products for coal mine communication, testing and control (hereinafter
referred to as products).
1.2 This Standard applies to.
a. Coal mine communication, signal system and equipment;
b. Monitoring, control, regulating system, equipment and instrumentation for coal
mine infrastructure, production process and environment;
c. Measurement and control equipment and instrumentation for electromechanical
equipment in coal mines.

MT 210 Electrical and electronic products for coal mine communication, testing and
control - Basic test method
standards in accordance with the type of the coal mine communication, testing and
control products, AND shall comply with the relevant provisions of the corresponding
national industry standards.
a. Monitoring, control system and equipment. use functions, transmission distance,
capacity, power supply method, input and output signals, quality indicators (bit
error rate, accuracy or measurement error, etc.), transmission frequency, or
rate;
b. Testing instruments and sensors. use functions, power supply method, output
signal, work system, sensitivity, measurement range, quality indicators
(accuracy or measurement error);
c. Communication system and equipment. use functions, power supply method,
coverage, frequency used, signal method, capacity classification, network
access requirements, voice quality, communication method, transmission
attenuation, and defense.
5.1.5 The sound level of the coal mine underground signal product shall not be less
than 85 dB.
5.2 Voltage and current
5.2.1 The rated voltage shall comply with the provisions of GB 156.
5.2.2 The rated current shall comply with the provisions of GB 762.
5.3 Signal system
5.3.1 General requirements
In the coal mine monitoring and control system, the switching signals and analog
signals of the information transmitted between the substation and the sensor and the
controlled device shall comply with the provisions of this Clause.
5.3.2 Switching value
5.3.2.1 When the output current of the active switch output signal at the high level
output state is 2 mA, the output voltage shall be not less than 3 V; at the low level
output state, when the input current is 2 mA, the output voltage shall be not more than
0.5 V.
5.3.2.2 At the inactive switch output state, when it is disconnected (cut off), the
leakage resistance between the two outputs shall be not less than 100 kΩ; when it is
closed (connected) and the input current is 2 mA, the output end voltage shall be not
more than 0.5 V.
5.3.3 Analog signal
5.3.3.1 DC analog signals shall be.
1 ~ 5 mA (load resistance 0 ~ 500 Ω or greater than 500 Ω).
4 ~ 20 mA (load resistance 0 ~ 350 Ω or greater than 350 Ω).
6.2 Metal parts shall not have corrosion and other mechanical damage.
6.3 The switch button shall be flexible and reliable in operation. The parts shall be
tightened without loosening, AND the plugging moving parts shall be plugged freely.
6.4 The indicator lamps of different functions shall be distinguishable in colors, AND
the function description symbols and texts as well as all product labels shall be clear,
regular, and tightly installed.
6.5 The surface roughness of the flameproof joint face AND the flameproof holes shall
comply with the relevant provisions, AND the surface shall be free form scra...

This Standard is used in conjunction with MT 210 “Electrical and electronic products
for coal mine communication, testing and control - Basic test method” and MT 211
“Electrical and electronic products for coal mine communication, testing and control -
Quality inspection rules”.
1 Subject content and scope of application
1.1 This Standard specifies the basic technical requirements for electrical and
electronic products for coal mine communication, testing and control (hereinafter
referred to as products).
1.2 This Standard applies to.
a. Coal mine communication, signal system and equipment;
b. Monitoring, control, regulating system, equipment and instrumentation for coal
mine infrastructure, production process and environment;

MT 210 Electrical and electronic products for coal mine communication, testing and
control - Basic test method
standards in accordance with the type of the coal mine communication, testing and
control products, AND shall comply with the relevant provisions of the corresponding
national industry standards.
a. Monitoring, control system and equipment. use functions, transmission distance,
capacity, power supply method, input and output signals, quality indicators (bit
error rate, accuracy or measurement error, etc.), transmission frequency, or
rate;
b. Testing instruments and sensors. use functions, power supply method, output
signal, work system, sensitivity, measurement range, quality indicators
(accuracy or measurement error);
c. Communication system and equipment. use functions, power supply method,
coverage, frequency used, signal method, capacity classification, network
access requirements, voice quality, communication method, transmission
attenuation, and defense.
5.1.5 The sound level of the coal mine underground signal product shall not be less
than 85 dB.
5.2 Voltage and current
5.2.1 The rated voltage shall comply with the provisions of GB 156.
5.2.2 The rated current shall comply with the provisions of GB 762.
5.3 Signal system
5.3.1 General requirements
In the coal mine monitoring and control system, the switching signals and analog
signals of the information transmitted between the substation and the sensor and the
controlled device shall comply with the provisions of this Clause.
5.3.2 Switching value
5.3.2.1 When the output current of the active switch output signal at the high level
output state is 2 mA, the output voltage shall be not less than 3 V; at the low level
output state, when the input current is 2 mA, the output voltage shall be not more than
0.5 V.
5.3.2.2 At the inactive switch output state, when it is disconnected (cut off), the
leakage resistance between the two outputs shall be not less than 100 kΩ; when it is
closed (connected) and the input current is 2 mA, the output end voltage shall be not
more than 0.5 V.
5.3.3 Analog signal
5.3.3.1 DC analog signals shall be.
1 ~ 5 mA (load resistance 0 ~ 500 Ω or greater than 500 Ω).
4 ~ 20 mA (load resistance 0 ~ 350 Ω or greater than 350 Ω).
6.2 Metal parts shall not have corrosion and other mechanical damage.
6.3 The switch button shall be flexible and reliable in operation. The parts shall be
tightened without loosening, AND the plugging moving parts shall be plugged freely.
6.4 The indicator lamps of different functions shall be distinguishable in colors, AND
the function description symbols and texts as well as all product labels shall be clear,
regular, and tightly installed.
6.5 The surface roughness of the flameproof joint face AND the flameproof holes shall
comply with the relevant provisions, AND the surface shall be free form scra...
