Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 54007-2009 "Nylon 6 stretch yarn", the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 54007-2009 are as follows.
---Adjust the linear density and monofilament linear density range (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2009 edition);
--- Delete the terms and definitions of "production batch" and "inspection batch" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2009 edition);
--- Delete the indicators of "wrapped wire" in Table 1, and modify the "tube wire" indicator (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2009 edition);
--- "Rehabilitation" assessment items are adjusted to be determined by the supply and demand sides (see Table 5.3,.2009 edition);
--- Amend the indicators in Table A.1 (see Table A.1, Table A.1 of the.2009 edition).

Nylon 6 stretch yarn
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification of nylon 6 elastic yarn, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, and packages.
Requirements for loading, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to elastic yarns made from polycaprolactam as raw materials. The linear density ranges from 7dtex to 450dtex.
Degree 0.4dtex~5.0dtex, the cross-sectional shape is round, light, semi-dull, fully matt nylon 6 elastic yarn.

3 Terms and definitions

Stiff ossifiedfilament
A fragment of the silk strip has a bamboo-like shape, a single fiber sticking, a thin line, or a stiff, lint-free, fluffy silk
Articles whose length exceeds 2mm are collectively referred to as stiff wires.
3.2
Tight wire tightspeck
The wire twist is locally concentrated, and the knotted wire which appears intermittently on the thread is less than 2 mm in length. The synonym is small zigzag.
