3 Terms and definitions
For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
knitted shape underwear - figured-style
Underwear that pulls or constrains specific parts of the human body to maintain or
adjust the shape of specific parts of the human body.
4 Product classification
According to the function, it can be divided into reshaping knitted shape underwear and
light-shaping knitted shape underwear. Reshaping knitted shape underwear generally
has supporting parts and its traction or restraint effect is relatively strong; light-shaping
knitted shape underwear is generally made of high elastic fabric and its traction or
restraint effect is relatively weak.
5 Product size
The size is indicated by the cup code, the chest circumference (underbust grith) suitable
for the human body, the waist circumference, and the height (in centimeters). The
definition of the cup code and underbust grith shall be implemented in accordance with
the provisions of FZ/T 73012.The specific provisions are as follows.
a) Shaping brassiere (Figure 3). mark the cup code and underbust grith.
Example.
B75, indicating a B-type cup, and underbust grith of 75 cm.
b) One-piece shaping garment with cups (Figure 4)/one-piece shaping dress with
cups (Figure 5). mark the height, cup code, underbust grith, and waist
circumference in sequence, and the height is separated from the cup code and
waist circumference by “/”.
Example.
160/B75/64, indicating a height of 160 cm, B-type cup, underbust grith of 75 cm and waist
circumference of 64 cm.
c) Shaping panty (Figure 6)/waist cincher (Figure 7)/short shaping skirt (Figure 8).
mark the waist circumference.
Example.
64, indicating a waist circumference of 64 cm.
d) Back-supporting garment/shaping garment (Figure 9). mark the waist
circumference.
Example.
64, indicating a waist circumference of 64 cm.
e) One-piece back-supporting garment/one-piece shaping garment (Figure 10)/one-
piece shaping dress (Figure 11). mark the height, chest circumference and waist
circumference, with “/” separating height, chest circumference and waist
circumference.
Example.
160/75/64, indicating a height of 160 cm, chest circumference of 75 cm and waist circumference
of 64 cm.
6 Requirements
6.1 Grading regulations
6.3.4 Sewing regulations
6.3.4.1 The tightness of all stitches shall be appropriate to ensure that they are not
broken after stretching.
6.3.4.2 Elastic sewing threads should be used for flat seams and overlock seams.
7 Test methods
7.1 Internal quality inspection
7.1.1 Color fastness to washing with soap or soap and soda
Implement according to the provisions of test method A(1) in GB/T 3921-2008.
7.1.2 Color fastness to water
Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 5713.
7.1.3 Color fastness to perspiration
Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 3922.
7.1.4 Color fastness to rubbing
Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 3920, only vertical direction.
7.1.5 Fiber content
Implement according to the provisions of GB/T 2910 (all parts), FZ/T 01057 (all parts),
FZ/T 01026, GB/T 38015.
7.1.6 Tensile elastic recovery rate
The test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of “Determination of single
tensile elastic recovery rate and plastic deformation rate under fixed force value” in
FZ/T 70006.The fixed load value is 35 N, the pre-tension is 1 N, and 3 specimens are
taken. The sampling positions of the specimens are respectively in the length direction
and the circumference direction of the finished product. The effective size is 10 cm × 5
cm. The specimen can include the sewing seam, which shall be located in the middle of
the length direction of the specimen, and the sewing seam shall be perpendicular to the
length direction of the specimen, as shown in Figure 1.The test result is the average
value of the 3 specimens.
8 Sampling rules
8.1 For intrinsic quality, randomly sample according to the delivery batch by type, color,
specification and size. The quantity shall be able to ensure that each single item of
intrinsic quality test is carried out once.
8.2 For appearance quality, randomly sample 1 % ~ 3 % according to the delivery batch
by type, color, specification and size, but not less than 20 pieces. If the ba...
