Hygienic standard for foodstuff vegetable fiber of
container
1 Scope
This standard specifies the hygienic requirements and inspection methods of
the foodstuff vegetable fiber of container.
This standard applies to the containers and packing materials used to contain
and pack foodstuff which are processed (fiberboard molding and fiber pulp
molding) by using foodstuff vegetable fiber (reed, wood) pulp and starch as the
main materials, added with a certain auxiliary to form specific formula.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Vegetable fiberboard molding
The foodstuff container wherein vegetable fiber pulp is firstly processed into
fiberboard, then glue, oil repellent, auxiliary, etc., are applied to the surface,
to process and form it.
3.2 Vegetable fiber pulp molding
The foodstuff container wherein glue, oil repellent, and other auxiliaries are
directly added into the vegetable fiber pulp to process it directly in the
foodstuff mold.
4 Index requirements
4.1 Auxiliaries
It shall comply with the requirements of GB 9685.
4.2 Sensory requirements
4.2.1 The formed product appearance: The color is normal, without abnormal
odor or foreign matters.
4.2.2 Soaking liquid: It shall be free from stain, abnormal odor, smell.
