The sampling of performance items shall be carried out according to the product sampling method stipulated in GB/T 14334.
7.1.4 Comprehensive assessment
The measured value or calculated value of the performance item is compared with the index value in the table according to the rounding value comparison method in GB/T 8170 to check the batch performance
The grade of the lowest item in the project index is determined as the grade of the batch of products.
7.2 Reinspection rules
7.2.1 General
When the batch of products arrives at the buyer, check whether the outer packaging, number of pieces, and quality of the package are consistent with the manifest, if it is affected by transportation, storage, etc.
When the quality is affected, the responsibility should be identified and the responsible party is responsible.
A batch of products can be submitted for re-inspection if there are objections to the quality of the products within three months from the delivery of the consignee. If one third of the batch of products is used
When more than one, you should not apply for re-inspection. The re-inspection can be carried out by either party agreed by both parties. If necessary, the arbitration inspection agency can be asked to comply with the requirements of this standard.
Sampling, inspection, arbitration.
As the quality of this batch of products affects the quality of post-processed products and causes serious losses, both parties should analyze the reasons, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate
商Handle.
