Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 15227-2007 "Test methods for airtight, watertight and wind pressure resistance of building curtain walls", and GB/T 15227-
Compared with.2007, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Adjust the standard structure, add general requirements, detection principles and detection devices (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5, Chapter 6);
--- Increase the testing requirements for open curtain walls (see 4.4);
--- Increase the detection requirements for double-layer curtain walls (see 4.5, 7.8);
--- Increasing the detection method for additional air permeability when testing for airtightness (see 8.4.1);
--- Engineering detection methods to increase airtight performance (see 8.2);
--- Increase the air-tightness performance test air flow measurement system calibration method (see Appendix A);
--- Increase the watertight performance detection method of the sprinkler system (see Appendix B);
--- Adjust the safety test method for wind pressure resistance test (see 10.2.1.5 and 10.2.2.5, 4.3.4.6 of the.2007 version);
--- Adjust the safety test assessment of wind pressure resistance test (see 10.3.2.1.3, 10.3.2.2.3 and 10.3.2.2.4,.2007 version
4.3.5.2.3).
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.

Airtight, watertight, and wind pressure resistance of building curtain wall
Detection method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, detection principles, and detection methods for airtight, watertight, and wind pressure resistance testing methods of building curtain walls.
Device, test piece and installation, airtight performance test, watertight performance test, wind pressure resistance test and test report.
This standard applies to laboratory testing of airtightness, watertightness and wind pressure resistance of building curtain walls. Detection object is limited to curtain wall test
The piece itself and its connection to other structures.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this article
Pieces. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 31433 General technical requirements for building curtain walls, doors and windows
GB/T 34327 Terms of building curtain wall

3 terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 34327 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Standard condition
Test with air temperature of 293K (20 ° C), atmospheric pressure of 101.3kPa (760mmHg), and air density of 1.202kg/m3
condition.
3.2
Pressuredifference
The absolute air pressure difference between the indoor and outdoor surfaces of the test piece.
Note. When the pressure on the outdoor surface is higher than the pressure on the indoor surface, the pressure difference is positive; otherwise it is negative.
3.3
Airpermeabilityperformance
The openable part is in the closed state, and the ability of the test piece to prevent air penetration.
3.3.1
Air permeability volumeofairleakage
The amount of air passing through the test unit per unit time.
3.3.2
Additional air permeability volumeofextraneousairleakage
Except for the test piece itself, the amount of air penetration through the pressure box and the connection between the test piece and the pressure box.
