foreword
This document is drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
This document is Part 2 of GB/T 2546 "Plastic Polypropylene (PP) Moulding and Extrusion Materials", GB/T 2546 has been published to
the next part.
--- Part 1.Nomenclature system and classification basis;
--- Part 2.Sample preparation and performance determination.
This document replaces GB/T 2546.2-2003 "Plastic polypropylene (PP) molding and extrusion materials - Part 2.Sample preparation and properties
can be measured". Compared with GB/T 2546.2-2003, the main technical changes of this document are as follows, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes.
a) The standard environment of the test is specified separately according to the filled sample and the unfilled sample (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the.2003 edition);
b) The standard ambient relative humidity of the test "50% ± 5%" is changed to "(50 ± 10)%" (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the.2003 edition);
c) In general properties, the glass transition temperature is increased (see Table 3);
d) The size and thickness of the flammable sample are modified to 1.5mm and larger than 1.5mm (see Table 3);
e) The size of the electrical strength sample is modified to one, namely. ≥60mm×≥60mm×1mm;
Change to ≥20mm×≥20mm×4mm (see Table 3);
f) All penetration energies are moved from Table 4 of Additional Properties to Table 3 of General Properties, expressed as penetrating energy and maximum penetrating force, and corresponding to the test conditions
are specified in detail (see Tables 3 and 4);
g) Add xylene soluble content item in additional properties (see Table 4).
This document uses the redrafted law to amend ISO 19069-2.2016 Plastics Polypropylene (PP) Molding and Extrusion Materials Part 2
Part. Sample Preparation and Performance Determination".
A chapter "Terms and Definitions" has been added to this document.
There are technical differences between this document and ISO 19069-2.2016.The main technical differences and their reasons are as follows.
a) Regarding normative reference documents, this document has made adjustments with technical differences.
The document replaces the corresponding international document to adapt to the technical conditions of our country.
Please refer to Appendix A for specific adjustments;
b) In general properties, the melt mass flow rate increases the test condition "230℃/5kg" to make the standard regulations more perfect (see Table 3);
c) In general performance, the test items increase the bending strength to make the standard provisions more perfect (see Table 3).
The following editorial changes have also been made to this document.
--- The tensile fracture nominal strain symbol is modified to "εtb", the tensile fracture stress symbol is modified to "σb", and the tensile fracture strain symbol is modified to
"εb", the penetration energy is modified to "EP" (see Table 3).

introduction
GB/T 2546 is the basic standard for the classification and nomenclature, sample preparation and performance determination of polypropylene resins.
provided support. GB/T 2546 was revised and adopted the ISO 19069 standard. Due to the changes in the guidelines of the ISO standard, the naming system was carried out accordingly.
In order to adjust, the standard part of the test method closely related to sample preparation and performance measurement has been revised, and there are technical differences, so the
Amendment to GB/T 2546.
GB/T 2546 consists of two parts under the general title "Plastic Polypropylene (PP) Molding and Extrusion Materials".
--- Part 1.Nomenclature system and classification basis;
--- Part 2.Sample preparation and performance determination.
This part specifies the conditions for the preparation of compression molding and injection molding samples of polypropylene molding and extruding materials, and the items, methods, procedures and
Test conditions, as well as requirements for the handling of the test material and the conditioning of the material before molding and the state of the specimen before testing. All sample preparation,
The regulation of state, sample size and test conditions are all to make the test results reproducible and comparable, with data comparison.
platform.

Part 2.Specimen preparation and performance determination
1 Scope
This document specifies the methods and conditions for the preparation and determination of properties of polypropylene (PP) molded and extruded materials. This document also specifies
Requirements for pretreatment of test materials and conditioning of specimens prior to testing.
This document lists properties and test methods suitable and necessary to characterize polypropylene (PP) molding and extrusion materials. These properties are derived from
Selected from GB/T 19467.1 General Test Methods. This document also lists the widely used or special significance of molding and extrusion materials.
Other test methods, and methods of determination of the named properties in Part 1.
In order to ensure the reproducibility and reproducibility of test results, it is necessary to use the methods of sample preparation and condition adjustment specified in this document to
