Foreword
This document was drafted in accordance with the rules provided in GB/T 1.1-2020 Directives
for Standardization - Part 1: Rules for the Structure and Drafting of Standardizing Documents.
This document serves as a replacement of GB/T 26751-2011 Ground Granulated Electric
Furnace Phosphorous Slag Powder Used for Cement and Concrete. In comparison with GB/T
26751-2011, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications, the main technical
changes are as follows:
a) The definition of “ground granulated electric furnace phosphorous slag powder” is
modified (see 3.1; 3.1 of Version 2011);
b) The provisions on the addition of gypsum in the composition are deleted, and the
requirements for the sulfur trioxide content index in phosphorous slag powder are
modified (see Chapter 4 and Table 1; 4.2 and Table 1 of Version 2011);
c) The provisions on exit-factory inspection and type inspection are modified (see 7.2
and 7.4; 7.2 and 7.3 of Version 2011);
d) The determination rules are modified (see 7.3; 7.4 of Version 2011);
e) The requirements for the inspection report are modified (see 7.5; 7.4.4 of Version
2011);
f) The provisions on the arbitration and inspection institutions are modified (see 7.6.2
and 7.6.3; 7.5.2 and 7.5.3 of Version 2011);
g) The provisions on the packaging are modified (see 8.1; 9.1 of Version 2011);
h) The requirements for reference cement for activity index testing are modified (see
A.2.1; A.2.1 of Version 2011).

1 Scope
This document specifies the composition and materials, technical requirements, test methods,
inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of ground granulated electric
furnace phosphorous slag powder.
This document is applicable to ground granulated electric furnace phosphorous slag powder
used as cement mixing material and concrete admixture (hereinafter referred to as
“phosphorous slag powder”).
2 Normative References
The contents of the following documents constitute indispensable clauses of this document
through the normative references in the text. In terms of references with a specified date, only
versions with a specified date are applicable to this document. In terms of references without a
specified date, the latest version (including all the modifications) is applicable to this document.

6 Test Methods
6.1 Specific Surface Area
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 8074.
6.2 Activity Index and Fluidity Ratio
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of Appendix A.
6.3 Density
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 208.
6.4 Phosphorus Pentoxide, Alkali Content, Sulfur Trioxide, Chloride Ion, Loss on
Ignition
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of JC/T 1088.
6.5 Moisture Content
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of Appendix B in GB/T 18046-2017.
6.6 Vitreous Content
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of Appendix C in GB/T 18046-2017.
6.7 Radioactivity
Carry out the test in accordance with the stipulations of GB 6566.
7 Inspection Rules
7.1 Numbering and Sampling
7.1.1 Numbering
Before exiting the factory, phosphorous slag powder is numbered and sampled in accordance
with its grade. Each number is a sampling unit. The exit-factory No. of phosphorous slag
powder, in accordance with the annual production capacity of a single line of phosphorous slag
powder, is specified as follows:
Above 60  104 t, no more than 2,000 t, a number;
30  104 t ~ 60  104 t, no more than 1,000 t, a number;
10  104 t ~ 30  104 t, no more than 600 t, a number;
Below 10  104 t, no more than 200 t, a number.
When the capacity of the bulk transport vehicle exceeds the exit-factory numbered tonnage
specified by the factory, the numbered quantity may exceed the exit-factory numbered tonnage
specified by the factory.
7.1.2 Sampling
Carry out sampling in accordance with the stipulations of GB/T 12573. The sampling shall be
representative and can be continuously conducted. Or equal quantity of samples may be taken
from more than 20 locations, with a total mass of at least 20 kg. The specimens shall be evenly
mixed, and a 5 kg sample of phosphorous slag powder shall be taken out in accordance with
the quartering method.
7.2 Inspection
7.2.1 Exit-factory inspection
The exit-factory inspection items mainly include density, specific surface area, 7-d and 28-d
activity index, fluidity ratio, moisture content, sulfur trioxide content, phosphorous pentoxide
content and alkali content.
7.2.2 Type inspection
The type inspection items are all technical requirements in Chapter 5. The manufacturer shall
conduct type inspection once a year during normal production. At the same time, type
inspection shall also be carried out under one of the following circumstances:
