The meaning applies to this document.
4 power supply voltage deviation
4.1 The supply voltage deviation of electric vehicle charging and replacing facilities shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
Table 1 Power supply voltage deviation requirements for electric vehicle charging and replacing facilities
Positive and negative deviation of supply voltage of charging station and substation voltage level
The sum of the absolute values of the positive and negative deviations of the supply voltage of 35kV and above does not exceed 10% of the nominal voltage.
10(20)kV supply voltage positive and negative deviation range. -7%~ 7%
Positive and negative deviation range of 380V power supply voltage. -7%~ 7%
Positive and negative deviation range of 220V power supply voltage. -10%~ 7%
5 voltage imbalance
5.1 The electric vehicle charging and replacing facilities are connected to the public power grid. When the power grid is in normal operation, the negative sequence voltage imbalance of the common connection point should not exceed
2%, short-term no more than 4%.
5.2 The electric vehicle charging and replacing facilities are connected to the public grid connection point, and the allowable value of the negative sequence voltage unbalance is generally 1.3%.
More than 2.6%.
6 harmonic limit
6.1 The limit of the harmonic voltage of the connection point of the electric vehicle to the public grid connection (phase voltage) shall comply with GB/T 14549
Provisions.
6.2 The allowable value of the harmonic current of the electric vehicle charging and replacing facilities injected into the public grid connection point shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 14549.
6.3 When the rated output of the electric vehicle's off-board charger is rated, it is divided into Class A equipment and Class B according to the harmonic current and power factor on the input side.
Equipment, see the provisions of Table 2. For Class A equipment, harmonic and reactive currents are not compensated. For Class B equipment, harmonics and reactive power should be handled
The current is compensated, and the allowable value of the harmonic current injected into the connection point of the public power grid after compensation shall comply with the requirements of 6.1~6.2.
Table 2 Input side harmonic current content rate and input power factor
parameter
Grading
Class A equipment Class B equipment
Input power factor is greater than or equal to 0.95 greater than or equal to 0.90
Input harmonic current content Current total harmonic distortion rate is less than or equal to 8% Each harmonic content rate is less than or equal to 30%
Note. Class A equipment refers to off-board chargers with source power factor correction. Class B equipment refers to off-board chargers without source power factor correction.
6.4 When the on-board charger connected to the AC charging pile is at rated power output, the current total harmonic distortion rate of the AC input side should be less than or equal to
8%, the power factor should be greater than or equal to 0.95.
7 Power quality testing
7.1 Charging and replacing facilities Power quality testing points should be taken from the power supply line. Monitoring equipment should adopt Class A in accordance with GB/T 14549.
instrument.
7.2 Power quality detection parameters shall include voltage deviation, three-phase unbalance, harmonic voltage, harmonic current, etc.
