-- comprehensive mobile laboratory.
5 Design principles
5.1 Safety
When designing the mobile laboratory, the unsafe factors in the process of use,
movement and storage shall be fully identified and effectively controlled.
5.2 Environmental protection
When designing the mobile laboratory, the environmental protection requirements in
the process of production and use shall be fully considered.
5.3 Reliability
The mobile laboratory shall be subjected to reliability design, reliability verification
and reliability test.
5.4 Maintainability
The design scheme of the mobile laboratory and the parts, assemblies and equipment
of the mobile laboratory shall be maintainable, and the wearing parts shall be easy to
maintain and replace.
5.5 Modularity
Modular design shall be adopted in the mobile laboratory, to maximize laboratory
functions, minimize space and minimize production costs.
5.6 Generalization
Standardized design shall be adopted in the mobile laboratory; a mature structure shall
be preferred for component design under the premise of satisfying functions, so as to
maximize the universal interchangeability of parts and assemblies.
6 Basic design requirements
6.1 Environmental adaptability
6.1.1 Fully identify the climatic environmental conditions (such as temperature,
humidity, air pressure, wind speed) in the area where the mobile laboratory is used, so
as to ensure the normal operation of the mobile laboratory.
6.1.2 Fully identify the road environmental conditions (such as highways, urban roads,
rural areas, mountain roads, ports) in the area where the mobile laboratory is used, and
select the corresponding moving methods and vehicles.
6.6.4 The drainage system shall be equipped with sewage collection and discharge
devices.
6.6.5 The water supply and drainage system shall be provided with a water level display
and alarm system.
6.6.6 The water supply and drainage system shall be provided with an emptying device,
which, when necessary, shall have the functions of heat preservation and antifreeze.
6.7 Air conditioning, cleaning and ventilation systems
6.7.1 For the mobile laboratory in need, install a temperature and humidity conditioning
system to make the environment in the laboratory meet the requirements for the use of
laboratory apparatus and equipment.
6.7.2 The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with ventilation devices such as
detoxification cabinets, universal exhaust hoods, and fans as required.
6.7.3 The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with primary, middle and high efficiency
filters as required.
6.8 Air supply system
The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with an air supply system as required, and the
system shall ensure airtightness, high cleanliness, durability, safety and reliability. It
shall meet the requirements of continuous use of various gases by laboratory apparatus
and full adjustment of overall or partial gas pressure and flow.
6.9 Environmental protection
6.9.1 The management of hazardous waste in the mobile laboratory shall comply with
the standard requirements of GB/T 29478-2012.
6.9.2 Pretreatment facilities should be set up as required for hazardous wastes that are
allowed to be stored for a short period of time.
6.9.3 The noise of the mobile laboratory is divided into driving noise and operation
noise. The driving noise value shall meet the limit requirements in Table 1 of GB 1495-
2002; the operating noise in the urban area shall meet the requirements of the standard
GB 3096-1993.
6.10 Intelligence
6.10.1 The mobile laboratory should be equipped with comprehensive intelligent
systems such as laboratory shelter automatic control system, laboratory information
management system, office automation system, safety early warning system, and
automatic fire alarm system as required.
6.10.2 The laboratory shelter automatic control system shall conduct centralized control
of ventilation, experimental gas, water supply and drainage, temperature and humidity.
6.10.3 The laboratory information management system shall be equipped with
necessary remote communication facilities or reserved interfaces.
6.11 Safety protection
6.11.1 The design of the mobile laboratory shall ensure that the level of protection
against biological, chemical, radiation and physical hazards is controlled to an
acceptable level after assessment, so as to provide a safe working environment for the
associated space and prevent environmental hazards.
6.11.2 The risk of theft and improper use of samples, reagents and confidential
information required for the experiment shall be assessed, and corresponding protective
measures shall be taken.
6.11.3 The biosafety mobile laboratory shall meet the requirements of 7.8 in GB 19489-
2008.
6.11.4 The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with a dangerous goods protection and
warning system.
6.12 Reliability
6.12.1 The road movement (driving) reliability test scheme of the complete set of
equipment in the mobile laboratory shall meet the requirements of QC/T 252.
6.12.2 Working under the specified conditions of use, the average fault mileage of the
complete set of equipment in the mobile laboratory is not less than 3 000 km.
6.12.3 After passing the specified reliability driving test, all laboratory apparatus and
equipment in the mobile laboratory shall be able to be used normally; no faults affecting
the mobile function and experimental function shall occur.
6.13 Marking
The mobile laboratory shall be equipped with nameplates and warning signs that meet
the requirements of GB/T ...
