1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, on-board documents, transportation and storage of the central axle trailer.
Deposit and factory requirements.
This standard applies to central axle trailers that travel on roads. Other central axle trailers are referenced for implementation.

3 Terms and definitions
GB 1589, GB/T 3730.1~3730.3, GB/T 17350 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
For ease of use, some of the terms and definitions in GB/T 3730.1 are repeated below.
3.1
Center axle trailer centre-axletrailer

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Complete vehicle
4.1.1 The center axle trailer shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 Outsourcing and outsourcing parts shall comply with the relevant standards and have the certificate of the manufacturer, which can be used only after passing the inspection by the OEM;
Self-made parts can be assembled after passing the inspection.
4.1.3 The outer dimensions, axle load and quality limits of the central axle trailer shall comply with the provisions of GB 1589.
4.1.4 At full load, the central axis of the center axle trailer should be offset forward from the center of the trailer axle group to ensure that the vertical load at the traction loop is less than that of the trailer.

4.2 frame
4.2.1 When the total length of the frame is not more than 8000mm, the length dimension deviation is ±5mm; for each 1000mm increase in length (less than 1000mm)

4.2.6 When the length of the frame is not more than 4000mm, the difference between the diagonals of the frame is not more than 6mm; for every 1000mm increase in length (not enough)

4.3 Car body

4.3.2 The inner and outer width of the van type central axle trailer and the height deviation of the interior of the compartment are ±5mm, and the maximum outer width is not greater than

4.3.3 The longitudinal symmetry center plane of the van type central axle trailer body and the longitudinal symmetry center plane of the frame shall coincide, and the deviation shall not exceed 2 mm.
4.3.4 The bottom plate of the van type central axle trailer body shall meet the design requirements, and the diagonal difference shall not exceed one thousandth of the total length of the carriage.
4.3.5 The strength and tightness of the van type central axle trailer body shall comply with the provisions of JT/T 389.
4.4 Main assembly
4.4.1 The center axle trailer should be fitted with a 50mm traction loop. The interchangeability and mechanical strength should be in accordance with GB/T 4781 and GB/T 15087.
It is stipulated that the connector installed on the truck and its mechanical strength shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 32860 and ISO 12357.
4.4.2 Center-mounted axle trailers (except for residential trailers) shall be equipped with independent dual-line brake systems for energy supply pipelines and control pipelines, and air brake performance.

4.4.3 The central axle trailer (except the trailer) shall be equipped with an anti-lock braking system in accordance with GB/T 13594.

4.4.8 The central axle trailer shall be equipped with gas and electricity connection devices complying with the requirements of GB/T 5053.1, GB/T 13881 and GB/T 20716.1.
4.4.9 The installation and paste of the reflective logo of the center axle trailer body shall comply with the provisions of GB 23254 and GB 7258, and the tail sign board of the vehicle.
The installation shall comply with the provisions of GB 25990 and GB 7258.
4.4.10 The side and rear lower guards of the central axle trailer shall comply with the provisions of GB 11567.
