1 Scope
This standard specifies the materials, requirements, inspection rules and transportation of road waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt mixtures.
This standard is applicable to all levels of highways and urban road projects.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Waterborne epoxy resin waterborneepoxylite
A dispersion system with water as the continuous phase and epoxy resin particles, droplets or colloids as the dispersed phase.
3.2
Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt waterborne epoxylite emulsified binder
A cementitious material made by mixing water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt in a certain proportion.
3.3
Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture waterborne epoxylite emulsified binder slurry mixture; WEBS
A slurry mixture formed by mixing water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt, mineral materials, water, etc. in a certain proportion.
3.4
Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix waterborneepoxyliteemulsifiedcoldmixbindermixture;WEBM
It is a mixture made of water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt, mineral material, water, etc. in a certain proportion and can be mixed, spread and compacted at room temperature.
4 materials
4.1 Mineral
4.1.1 Aggregate
The aggregate of the waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt mixture should be composed of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, and the technical requirements for coarse aggregate and fine aggregate should meet

4.1.2 Packing
Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt mixture should use mineral powder, cement, etc. as fillers. The technical requirements of mineral powder should meet the requirements of JTGF40
Regulations. Ordinary Portland cement should be used as the cement, and its technical requirements should meet the requirements of GB 175.
4.2 Waterborne epoxy resin
The technical requirements of water-based epoxy resin should meet the requirements of Table 1.
4.3 Emulsified asphalt
The technical requirements of emulsified asphalt should meet the requirements of JTGF40.
4.4 Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt
The technical requirements of the mixed type waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
5 requirements
5.1 Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture
5.1.1 Types of waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture
The type of waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture should meet the requirements of Table 3.
5.1.2 Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture mineral aggregate grading
The grading of WEBS-5 and WEBS-10 should meet the requirements of JTGF40 for the grading of MS-2 and MS-3 respectively. WEBS-13
The material grading should comply with the requirements of JTGF40 for AC-13 mineral material grading.
5.1.3 Technical requirements for waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture
The technical requirements of the water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture shall meet the requirements of Table 4.
5.2 Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix
5.2.1 Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix type
The type of water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix should meet the requirements of Table 5.
5.2.2 Waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix mineral aggregate grading
The grading of WEBM-10 and WEBM-13 should meet the requirements of JTGF40 for the grading of AC-10 and AC-13 respectively.
5.2.3 Technical requirements for waterborne epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix
The technical requirements for cold-mixed mixture of water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt shall meet the requirements of Table 6.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 General requirements
6.1.1 The performance of mineral materials and water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt should be inspected before construction, and it can be used only after passing the inspection.
6.1.2 When the construction unit or the supervision unit unilaterally or both parties do not have the test conditions, the two parties can negotiate and determine to entrust a third-party inspection.
6.2 Inspection classification
6.2.1 Factory inspection
The factory inspection shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 4 and Table 6, for each batch of water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry or cold mix mixture.
6.2.2 Type inspection
When mixing the water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry or cold mix for the first time, and when one of the following situations occurs during the construction process, the

a) The source, type or specifications of raw materials such as mineral aggregates and water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt have changed, which may affect product performance

6.3 Batching and sampling
6.3.1 Batch
6.3.1.1 The products shall be sampled and tested in batches.
6.3.1.2 The products produced in the same project, the same raw materials, the same mix ratio and production process, each 3000t is a batch, when it is less than 3000t

6.3.2 Sampling
6.3.2.1 The water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt slurry mixture shall be sampled in the paving tank of the slurry sealer.
The cold mix should be sampled on the paver.
6.3.2.2 The retained samples should be reserved during sampling, and the number of retained groups of samples should be determined according to actual needs.
6.4 Judgment rules
When all the performance indicators of the product meet the requirements of Table 4 and Table 6, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified; one of the inspection results is not

7 Transport
The water-based epoxy resin emulsified asphalt cold mix should be transported to the site within 4 hours for paving and rolling after being mixed.
