This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Standard replaces GB/T 3900-2012 “Tyre valve series”, Compared with
GB/T 3900-2012, the main technical changes in this Standard are as follows:
- according to ISO 9413:2012, modified graphic drawing and dimensioning (see
Clause 4, Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 8, Figure 9, Figure 15, Figure 17, Figure
19, Figure 40, Figure 41, Figure 48 of this Edition; Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 8,
Figure 9, Figure 15, Figure 17, Figure 19, Figure 36, Figure 37, Figure 42 of
Edition 2012);
- added CF06 valve (see Clause 4, Figure 14);
- modified dimensional tolerance of snap-in valve (see Clause 4, Figure 32

Tyre valve series
1 Scope
This Standard specifies model marks, structure types and size specifications of
tyre valve (hereinafter referred to as “the valve”).
This Standard is applicable to the valves used for tyres of cars, trucks, industrial
vehicles, construction machinery, tractors, agricultural and forestry machinery,
motorcycles, electric vehicles, rickshaws.
This Standard is not applicable to valves for aviation tyres.
