3 Technical requirements
3.1 Types and basic parameters
The types and basic parameters of the piler shall comply with the provisions of JB/T
13910.1-2020.
3.2 Structure and performance
3.2.1 The moulding and layout of the piler shall consider the requirements of process
aesthetics and ergonomics, and be convenient for use, maintenance, assembly,
disassembly, hoisting and transportation.
3.2.2 The maximum width of the piler for passing materials shall be greater than the
width of the processed sheet, and the difference shall not be less than 50 mm.
3.2.3 The operating force of the hand-wheel and handle of the piler shall not exceed 90
N.
3.2.4 The turning mechanism of the piler shall be light, flexible and reliable in locking.
3.2.5 The gears for mechanical transmission of the piler or the parts that are easily worn
by dust shall be equipped with dust-proof devices.
3.2.6 The piler, when being delivered, shall be equipped with accessories for normal
use of the machine, as well as the required special tools. The supply of special
the protection device shall be able to ensure that the important parts, such as the support
and hydraulic cylinder of the piler, are not damaged.
3.8.5 The parts of the piler, which are easily loosened, shall have reliable anti-loosening
devices.
3.8.6 The movable exposed parts shall be painted with safety colors according to the
requirements of GB 2893.
3.8.7 The product instruction manual shall include safety precautions and relevant
warnings, and explain the measures to ensure personal safety other than the equipment,
and its content shall comply with the provisions of GB 17120.
3.9 Accuracy
The accuracy of the piler shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 13910.3-2020.
3.10 Plate
The piler shall have product nameplates and various plates or signs such as lubrication
and safety. The type, size, material and technical requirements of the plate shall comply
with the provisions of GB/T 13306. The visual symbols on the plate shall comply with
the provisions of JB/T 3240 and GB/T 3168. The plate shall be properly fixed on the
obvious part of the piler and shall be kept clear for a long time.
3.11 Noise
The sound of the piler during idle running shall be normal, and the noise sound pressure
level during continuous idle running shall not exceed 85 dB(A).
3.12 Appearance
3.12.1 The outer surface of the piler shall not have convex, concave or rough-uneven
defects that are not specified in the drawing. The cover plate and housing shall be flat.
3.12.2 The external pipelines of electrical circuits, lubrication systems and hydraulic
systems shall be neatly arranged and firm, and shall not rub against the parts that move
relative to them.
3.12.3 The non-machined surfaces of mechanical parts and accessories shall be
protected by painting or other prescribed methods. Adjusting bolts and nuts that need
to be frequently turned, and non-metallic pipes shall not be painted. The painting
requirements of the piler shall comply with the regulations of JB/T 1829.
3.12.4 The main exposed machined surfaces shall not have defects such as bumps,
scratches and rust.
3.12.5 The quality of exposed welds shall meet the requirements of JB/T 8609.
3.12.6 The head of the countersunk head screw shall not protrude from the surface of
the part, and there shall be no obvious eccentricity between it and the countersunk hole;
the positioning pin shall slightly protrude from the surface of the part; the tail end of
the bolt shall slightly protrude beyond the nut; the exposed shaft end shall protrude from
the end face of it...
