4.4 The manufacturing accuracy of the slewing mechanism gears shall not be lower
than the provisions of 8GL specified in GB/T 10095.
4.5 After assembly, the slewing reducer shall be subjected to a 1-hour no-load test, and
its temperature rise shall not exceed 30 °C.
4.6 The cleanliness value of the slewing reducer shall not exceed 960 mg.
4.7 The service life of a drill shall be no less than 1900 hours before the first overhaul.
4.8 The service life of a drill shall not be less than 2.5 years in total under single-shift
conditions.
4.9 Completeness

e) Random technical documents.
5 Security requirements
5.1 The noise at the driver's operating position shall not exceed 90 dB(A).
5.2 The dust content at the driver's operating position shall not exceed 2 mg/m3.
6 Test methods
6.1 Lifting force
Place the carriage horizontally on the ground and test it with an electronic dynamometer
without installing the drill rod and impactor. The value shall comply with the specified
value in Table 1 (tested under a pressure of 0.6 MPa).
6.2 Temperature rise of the slewing reducer
After the slewing reducer has been running for 1 hour, use a point thermometer to test
the bearing area.
