These Rules specify the metrological requirements, metrological testing, result evaluation and report, methods for sampling and sample reduction, methods for determination of moisture content, methods for tare removal, original testing records and testing report format of the wheat flour products. These Rules are applicable to the metrological supervision and inspection, arbitration and verification for net quantity of wheat flour products in the fields of production and circulation. The entrusted testing may be carried out with reference to these Rules. The units for the production and sales of wheat flour products may also be tested with reference to these Rules.
