Foreword
This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009 Directives for
Standardization – Part 1. Structure and Drafting of Standards.
This Standard replaced QB/T 1224-2007 Liquid Detergent for Fabric.
Compared with QB/T 1224-2007, this Standard has the major technical changes as
follows.
--- Revise the basis for the raw material requirements;
--- Revise the total content index requirements for the active substances in the
ordinary laundry detergent;
--- Revise the pH determination concentration of the laundry detergent;
--- Revise the solution concentration, reference compound, reference concentration
and detergency evaluation requirements when determining the detergency of
laundry detergent;
--- Revise the name of pre-washed stain agent of the fabric;
--- Revise the solution concentration, reference compound, reference concentration,
detergency evaluation requirements when determining the detergency of the pre-
washed stain agent of the fabric;
--- Revise the basis for the inspection rules, marking and package requirements;
--- Revise the quality guarantee period of the product;
--- Add the type of silk and wool detergent and the corresponding index requirements;
--- Add the evaluation requirements for the detergency of the silk and wool detergent;
--- Add the index requirements for the laundry detergent, silk and wool detergent,
collar and cuff pre-detergent against the phosphorus pentoxide;
--- Cancel the grade requirements for the laundry detergent, collar and cuff pre-
detergent.
This Standard was proposed by China Light Industry Council.
This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee for
Standardization of Surface Active Agent and Detergent (SAC/TC 272).

Generally, it shall be determined according to the Method-A specified in Clause 7 of
GB/T 13173-2008.
When the product formula contains the surface active agent components insoluble to
the ethanol, or when the test results of total active substance content specified in the
customer ordering contract exclude the water co-solvent, and asked to determine
through the chloroform extraction method, then it shall be determined by Method-B
specified in Clause 7 of GB/T 13173-2008.
