1 Scope
This Part specifies the test method and calculation for the crushing rate of the railway
ballast aggregate.
This Part is applicable to the crushing rate test for the railway ballast aggregate.
2 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this Part.
2.1 Ballast collect stuff crunch rate
The grading change parameter after the ballast aggregate specimen is crushed
according to the specified mould and load.
3 Test Method
3.1 Equipment and machinery
3.1.1 Pressure tester. 1000kN.
3.1.2 Mould for crushing rate of ballast aggregate can refer to Figure 1.
