5.5.2 Test procedures and results
It shall be carried out as per the provisions of 5.5 in QB/T 4197-2011.
5.6 Peeling load
5.6.1 Specimen preparation
The specimen shall be prepared as per the requirements of Appendix A; specimen size
is 200mm×30mm; the number of the specimens shall be 6 pieces.
5.6.2 Test procedures and results
The test shall be carried out as per the method specified in HG/T 3052-2008; paste
the 6 pieces of specimens into each group of 2 pieces. Place them into a constant
temperature oven at (135±5) °C; standing for 30min then take them out, cool off to the
room temperature. Test separation speed is (200±20) mm/min. Record the maximum
peeling load of the specimen; take the arithmetic mean of the test results of the three
groups of specimens, accurate to 1N.
5.7 Change rate of hydrolysis resistance peeling load
5.7.1 Specimen preparation
The specimen shall be prepared as per the requirements of Appendix A; the specimen
size is of 200mm×30mm; the number of specimens is 6 pieces.
5.7.2 Test procedures
Test shall be carried out as per the provisions of 6.1 in QB/T 4671-2014; the damp-
heat treatment time is 14d; test the peeling load before and after the damp-heat
treatment as per the provisions of 5.6.
5.7.3 Test results
It shall be carried out as per the provisions of 5.9.2 in QB/T 4908-2016.
5.8 Flex resistance
5.8.1 Specimen preparation
The specimen shall be prepared as per the requirements of Appendix B. The test size
of the finished leather shall be 60mm×60mm; the number of specimens shall be no
less than 3 pieces.
5.8.2 Test procedures and results
Test shall be carried out as per the provisions of QB/T 2714-2005. The test mode is in
to be unqualified.
6.3 Exit-factory inspection
The exit-factory inspection items shall be all items in 4.1, 4.2, 4.3.
6.4 Type inspection
The type inspection shall include all items in Clause 4.
The type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases:
a) When new products or old products are transferred the factory for stereotyping
appraisement;
b) When there are significant changes in place of production, formula, raw materials,
and process after the formal production;
c) When for normal production, conduct once every 12 months;
d) When production is restored after long-term shutdown for more than 6 months;
e) When there is big difference between the exit-factory inspection results and the
previous type inspection;
f) When the state quality supervision department proposes the requirements.
7 Mark, Package, Transport and Storage
7.1 Mark
The marking position of product packaging container shall be implemented as per the
requirements of GB/T 4857.1. The outer package shall contain at least the following
information:
