Foreword
This document was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020
"Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of
standardizing documents".
This document replaces QB/T 2673-2013 "Labeling for footwear product". Compared
with QB/T 2673-2013, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the
main technical changes are as follows.
a) CHANGE the labeling content requirements of "product name" (see 5.1.2; 5.1.2
of the 2013 edition);
b) CHANGE the labeling content requirements of "material" (see 5.1.4; 5.1.4 of the
2013 edition);
c) CHANGE the labeling content requirements of "place of origin" (see 5.1.5; 5.1.5
of the 2013 edition);
d) CHANGE the labeling content requirements of "company name and contact
information" (see 5.1.6; 5.1.6 of the 2013 edition);
e) CHANGE the labeling content requirements of "implementation standard
number" (see 5.1.7; 5.1.8 of the 2013 edition);
f) CHANGE the labeling content requirements of "quality grade" (see 5.1.9; 5.1.12
of the 2013 edition);
g) DELETE the labeling content requirements of "three guarantees", "production
date", "color" (see 5.1.7, 5.1.9, 5.1.10 of the 2013 edition);
h) CHANGE the labeling element requirements of "shoes" and "packaging
(including tags)" (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2; 5.2.1, 5.2.2 of the 2013 edition);
i) DELETE the labeling element requirements of "outer packaging" (see 5.2.3 of the
2013 edition);
j) CHANGE the "labeling form and requirements" (see 5.3; 5.3 of the 2013 edition);
k) DELETE the Appendix A and Appendix B (see Appendix A and Appendix B of
the 2013 edition).
This document was proposed by China Light Industry Federation.
This document shall be under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for
Standardization of Footwear (SAC/TC 305).
Labeling for footwear product
1 Scope
This document establishes the basic principles of footwear product labeling; stipulates
the content and marking requirements of footwear product labeling.
This document applies to the marking of footwear product labels, which are produced
or sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute essential clauses of this document
through normative references in the text. Among them, for dated references, only the
version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the
latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2703, as well as the following terms and
definitions, apply to this document.
3.1
Children's footwear
Footwear products made of various materials for children under 14 years old
(inclusive) and infants.
3.2
Place of origin
The final production, processing or assembly location of the product.
3.3
Item number
management of the footwear industry.
5.1.4.3 When labeling the upper material, it is not appropriate to consider accessories
or reinforcements, such as. trademarks, piping, decorations, shoelaces, shoelace
buckles, shoe tongues, shoe eyelets or similar attachments.
5.1.4.4 The material labeled on the upper material shall account for at least 80% of the
upper surface area. If no material reaches 80%, at least two main materials shall be
labeled; the marking order shall be marked in order of their surface area. For example,
upper. fabric + synthetic leather.
5.1.4.5 For footwear products with natural leather uppers, the type of leather material
shall be labeled; for footwear products with split leather uppers, the type of leather
material and the words "split or two layers, three layers" shall be labeled, such as cow
leather, sheep leather, pig split leather, cow split leather, etc.
5.1.5 Place of origin
5.1.5.1 Domestically produced shoes shall be labeled with the place of origin as "China",
or specific to the province or city. If other identification elements have already reflected
domestic production, the place of origin may not be labeled.
5.1.5.2 Footwears produced abroad shall be labeled with the place of origin to the
country or region.
5.1.6 Company name and contact information
5.1.6.1 Domestically produced footwears shall be labeled with the company name and
contact information (at least including address and contact number), that is legally
registered and can bear product quality responsibility.
5.1.6.2 Footwears produced abroad shall be labeled with the company name and contact
information (at least including address and contact number) of its agent, importer or
distributor, etc. that is legally registered in China and can bear product quality
responsibility. When the registered address is inconsistent with the office address, the
contact information of the office address can be added (at least including address and
contact number).
5.1.7 Implementation standard number
5.1.7.1 Product standard number (national standard, industry standard, local standard
or valid group standard, enterprise standard) on which the product is produced.
5.1.7.2 The implementation standard labeled should be accompanied by the year
number.
Note. Implementation standards without year numbers may be regarded as the latest version of
